Digital Production and Photography Specialist
Core Duties & Competencies
- Work as part of the design team to assist in the creation of marketing materials, including e-blast, catalogs, website graphics, banners, print advertisements, photo editing, promotional material and branding
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including but not limited to: selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating/inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over, media management and archiving project media
- Strong story telling experience - a passion for creating compelling content and conversations about outdoor adventure culture
- Ability to visualize production scripts and other verbal or written instructions
- Ideate and support marketing and sales in content concept development
- Create, control and be accountable for content production budgets and schedules
- Create production schedules and allocate crew
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling talent
- Effectively negotiate contracts with production partners – including cinematographers, photographers, and production contractors
- Determine filming locations and lead all logistics associated with travel, permitting, equipment and production crews
- Review content, provide feedback and notes to management
- Effectively communicate production status
- Handle the content delivery pipeline in communication and collaboration with Creative team
- Attend industry trade shows and participate in special events as needed

Required Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications or related field
- Minimum 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in directing, shooting, and editing video
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite CS6: Photoshop and Premier Pro mainly
- Effective communicator (written and oral)
- Proven experience in creative & strategic problem solving in production and post production field
- Must be willing to wear multiple hats and adapt to the ever-changing digital market and needs of the brands
- Knowledge or interest of our outdoor consumer products a MAJOR plus
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
- Must provide updated design portfolio

Website Developer (LAMP Stack)
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Uses computers to program and troubleshoot software, systems and databases
- Gathers user requirements and building functional website designs and applications in the LAMP stack environment
- Monitors and reviews work to ensure both conformance to specification as well as adaptability to the needs of stakeholders
- Analyzes software problems and requirements; and engineer solutions by writing, testing, and configuring software
- Performs thorough testing and develops analysis reports of developed product deliverables
- Assists in development of new website application concepts and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- provides IT expertise that can be called upon, helping with general office computer and system issues
Required Skills and Attributes
- College degree or an applicable combination of education and experience- Minimum 1-year experience
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) from system analysis to development, testing, training, and deployment
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in various software, database, and programming languages. (SQL, PHP, JS, HTML, PHP programming languages
- Ability to plan and development software, systems and databases
- Patience and ability to troubleshoot and debug software

- Ability to train others to use products created.
- Experience and interest in outdoor/hunting markets is a plus.

Warehouse/Shipping Clerk
Summary
Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, fulfilling purchase orders, and keeping warehouse stocked with essential equipment. This is a full time position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive trucks and unload merchandise
- Stack merchandise on racks
- Ensure machinery is serviced and functional
- Check in merchandise and affix labels
- Fulfill customer orders
- Move materials off racks and package for shipment
- Follow all safety codes
- Place merchandise on pallets or shelves for distribution
- Record amounts of materials or items received
- Perform facilities maintenance
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse
- Able to lift 50 lb boxes

Sales Rep - Law Enforcement

- Research and Identify new government, LE leads by cold calling and qualifying prospects
- Work closely with agencies to support customers’ requirements, manage product quality issues and facilitate sales. Day to day management; pricing, stocking fulfillment concerns, questions and bid management

Field Sales Representative

- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business
