Sellmark Doubles in Size, Seeks Top Talent
Sellmark’s $2 million dollar expansion in Mansfield, Texas is almost complete. The construction has given Sellmark an additional 33,000 square feet, which will provide more offices; a sound-proof production studio; a larger optics lab for product testing; and additional warehouse space for more inventory and increasing shipping operations worldwide.
With this expansion underway, six new positions have also been created. Sellmark is seeking qualified candidates for these full-time positions:
The Marketing Manager will implement a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers in the outdoor industry.
The Sales Manager will manage approximately 20 sales representatives. This person will work directly with the President to review overall performance and goals of the Sales team.
Government Compliance and Import/Export Specialist
The Government Compliance and Import/Export Specialist will help create and implement organizational policies, standards and procedures to comply with applicable regulations. Duties include reviewing and processing all import and export transactions, and maintaining open lines of communication with all relevant decision makers and stakeholders to keep all parties informed of regulatory changes.
The Sales Administrator will perform, coordinate and oversee technical and office administrative work to support the entire sales organization. He or she is responsible for the direct coordination of administrative support projects and providing reports on sales data to the President.
Customer Service Representatives
Customer Service Representatives will respond to all inquiries about products, and resolve complaints. Upon receiving customer requests via telephone or mail, he or she will analyze the requests, provide information needed, and/or route the request to the proper contact.
Business Development Specialists
Business Development Specialists will work closely with retail store owners and professional buyers to improve store performance and increase brand market share. They will analyze store assortments, customer business and make recommendations for improvement, as well as create proposals for prospects and customers. Leadership, creativity, and having a strong work ethic are highly valued.
