Sellmark® Welcomes Mathew Long as Domestic Sales Manager

(MANSFIELD, TEXAS) – Mansfield-based Sellmark Corporation®, a growing manufacturer delivering a variety of hunting, shooting and first responder brands to the outdoor market, is proud to announce the addition of Mathew Long, Domestic Sales Team Manager, to the ranks. Bringing 17 years of sales experience to his role at Sellmark, Mathew will oversee and expand the company’s Domestic Sales team, which currently consists of 14 representatives.
Prior to joining Sellmark, Mathew worked for three notable companies including Fox Sports Direct as Director of Commercial Sales; Merritt Hawkins & Associates as Regional Director of Physician Recruiting – Heartland Division; and Martex Global Enterprises, the parent company of HuntVe 4x4 Electric, as National Sales & Marketing Manager.
“I am very excited to be back in the outdoor market. It’s not often a person finds a job where they get to work in an industry they love, doing what they love (training and development) for an amazing company,” said Mathew. “I’m looking forward to helping the company grow even more. My No. 1 goal is to develop the finest sales team in the shooting sports industry.”
Sellmark, which is broken down into three sales teams: Domestic, National and International, recently underwent a $2 million expansion, doubling the facility in size to keep up with growth. Home to Sightmark®, Firefield®, Pulsar, 12 Survivors™ and Southern Crossbow™, Sellmark manufactures a wide array of products from day and nighttime hunting optics, military-inspired weapons accessories, camping and survival gear, to crossbows. These brands represent several markets growing in more than 50 countries and many quality retailers in every state.
Mathew resides in Keller, Texas with his fiancée Lisa and their combined five children. Outside of work, when’s he’s not spending time with his family or coaching his children in a number of sports, he’s out in the woods looking for his next trophy deer, duck or turkey to mount on his wall.
